February 1st, HAPPY BIRTHDAY MYA!

Today, our granddaughter celebrates her third birthday. Three years old already! OMG. Hard to believe, the time passes so quickly. Wish we were there to celebrate with her and the family. Miss you guys a lot! HAPPY BIRTHDAY.
Most of our day was spent enjoying the porch of our hotel reading a book. Lunch was at another roadside stand about 3 km from home.
For the evening we headed over to the Sunset Resort to watch the sunset. We met Lotta, our Swedish lady and her husband Robert. Lotta introduced us to a the other annual vacationers that visit the Sunset Resort. Susan and Mark from the lower mainland by Vancouver, Lil from Denmark, Frederick and family from Sweden, and another Swedish couple of whom I am guilty of not remembering their names. We sat and visited for several hours, much to my delight. Marie took some nice photos of the beach.
